How often should I use it?
1–2 times per week as a deep hammam ritual. The black soap can be used more often; the kessa is best weekly.

Do I use the soap or the glove first?
Soap first, to soften and prepare the skin, then the kessa to exfoliate. Rinse and seal with an oil.
